Stage-managing the 2022 Radio Academy Festival

7digital Creative are delighted to return as stage managers to the UK audio industry’s premier conference: The Radio Academy Festival.

Held at the Royal College of Physicians in London’s Regents Park on 7th September 2022, the festival offers a day of talks and debates across two stages.

Confirmed speakers include Eurovision star Sam Ryder, Radio 2’s Michelle Visage, Radio 4’s Emma Barnett, talkSPORT’s Lianne Sanderson, Absolute Radio’s Dave Berry and Head of BBC 6 Music Samantha Moy.

7digital Creative have staged and produced live events for nearly 30 years. The BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards celebrates the UK folk scene in prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall. The Radio 2 Young Folk Award gathers the UK’s most talented young folk musicians together for a residential weekend and concert.

Our outside broadcasts include Cambridge Folk Festival (live for Sky Arts TV), Manchester International Festival, every single BBC 6 Music Festival (for BBC 6 Music), Glasgow’s Celtic Connections (for BBC Radio 2) and Cheltenham Jazz Festival (for BBC Radio 3).

Our Ballads of Child Migration project included a public exhibition and a live concert tour. The Ballads of the Great War Live saw us partner with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
